What can be said about Master Nicu … he is the only hatmaker who has passed the test of time and showed all hatters what true passion for hats means. He started making hats at the age of 14, and now, at the age of 94, he continues to open the door of his store in Bucharest. He is as wise man as he is humorous.

Rich, poor, kings, film and theater celebrities, they all have had the honor of calling him their hatmaker!

An automobile engineer by profession, yet with special artistic sense, Marioara Melnic is the person who helps us with both the artistic and the administrative part of the association.

His Highness is a direct descendant of Mihail Sturdza, the Ruler of Moldavia, and a Romanian diplomat.

Sometimes people have everything they desire, yet they choose to help those less fortunate, guide the seeking and help those in need; it is our pleasure; that His highness is with us.

The beautiful and talented actress, Mrs. Iulia Dumitru. When she is not on stage, she spends most of her time instilling in the young generation a love for the stage. Always taking into account even the smallest details, she always manages to achieve perfection in what she does. In this way, she also left her mark on the organization of this event.

Ionuț Dumitru, is successful serial entrepreneur. He is renowned for his business acumen and elegant style. 
He is also the founder of the Gentlemen's Society, ChocoWine and Kaffenzo (to mention a few)

A milliner with 'pas de compromis' attitude. Carmen's vision has been to bring all the Romanian hatmakers together. Her goal is to bring back hats in day to day fashion & usage in Romania and to preserve the traditional Romanian hat making skills.

Princess Dana Andreea Sturdza is not only the newest member of the Association, but a person who has helped us from the shadows for many years, and now she is the member without whom our activities would not have been such a success.

Full of initiative, tireless when she sets out to bring anything to fruition and with a refined artistic sense, she has always made the impossible possible and supported our causes: to encourage as many Romanians as possible to wear hats and to create activities for hat enthusiasts.

Constantin Cotimanis, has  delighted us over the years with his countless performances.

A giant in the world of film and theater. He is also a friend of the association who believed in it's purpose from the beginning.

Mr. Cristian Dragomirescu is a gracious priest and a talented Romanian portraitist, he was in fact recognized as the best Romanian portraitist.

We are happy to have such a friend. He is a pillar of our society and a model for those who know him. He is also well known hat lover and supporter of the association.
